Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
NOTE : No return and exchange available on custom orders.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange in the following cases:

Size-related issues

Damaged or defective products

Wrong item delivered
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the same value.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
